GENERAL INFORMATION
SCHOOL YEAR:
Children remain in the same class throughout the school year. September 2013 through May, 2014 Children may enroll during the year when space is available.

ENROLLMENT FEE:
With each child's application for Banner Preschool, we require a $300.00 non refundable registration fee for all families. $150 will be applied to the May 2013 tuition payment
CLASS PLACEMENT:
Banner Preschool considers the placement of each child a top priority. In an effort to be fair to each child, we are unable to honor requests for class assignments. Thank you for your understanding.
PAYMENT OF FEES:
Tuition payments are due January 15, March 15 and May 15.
ABSENTEEISM:
In case of absence, no credits or refunds will be given.
REFUND POLICY:
Tuition fees are non-refundable. A refund of any unused tuition will be considered only if the corresponding program is full and the resulting vacancy is filled.

Dear Parents,
Beginning September 2013 Banner Preschool will begin its 37th year in the Wilmette community. Banner families have continued to be supportive, enthusiastic, and devoted to our early childhood program and principles. We cherish the partnerships built with you and look forward to meeting new families and welcoming them to the Banner community. We are now beginning our registration for the forthcoming school year. To help us determine the number of openings we can anticipate, please complete the registration form and return it by December 14, 2012.
Priority families are guaranteed a place in the morning or afternoon programs. A priority family includes first, children returning from this school year and their siblings and secondly, former Banner families. All completed applications by December 14, 2012 will guarantee a space for your child for the 2013-2014 school year.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Mail-in registration forms or place in our Black Mailbox
1.A non-refundable $300.00 application fee will accompany each registration form for returning families and for new families. $150.00 will be deducted from the May tuition payment. A separate form and fee must be completed for each child to be enrolled. If your child will be participating in more than one program, there will be no additional registration fee required. Checks should be made payable to Banner Preschool.
2.New families: In the instance that the number of new applicants exceeds the number of available spaces in a given program, admission to that program will be subject to a lottery.
3.The application fee will be returned only to families whose children have not been placed in our a.m. or p.m. session and who have been placed on a waiting list for the 2013-2014 school year.
4.If necessary, a lottery will take place on January 15 for returning children in our four-year-old session, to determine morning or afternoon placement. Priority will be given only to families with children in the 2 ½ a.m. class and the 4-year old class simultaneously and for children participating in the Stay and Play Program and the Japanese Culture & Language Class.
